2. The quality of belt manufacturing and joints produces errors in geometric dimensions (not straight, uneven thickness):

① If the vulcanized joint of the belt is connected incorrectly or not straight, the tension on both sides of the belt will be different, and the belt will deviate to the side with higher tension.

②The belt itself is not straight or the two sides of the belt are not parallel or the thickness of the belt width direction is greatly different, which will cause the belt to deviate.

③The belt is aging and deformed, and the edges are severely worn, which will also cause uneven stress distribution inside the belt and deviation during operation.

(2) The same part of the conveyor belt deviates:

1. The connection of the conveyor belt joint is not correct, reconnect it.
2. The edge of the conveyor belt is worn and deformed after absorbing moisture, and the damaged part should be repaired at any time.
3. If the belt body of the conveyor belt is bent, use self-aligning rollers to correct the deviation or cut the bent part to reconnect.

(3) The conveyor belt deviates when it is empty:

1. If the conveyor belt has poor troughability, replace it with a conveyor belt with good troughability.
2. The flexibility of the conveyor belt is not enough. If the deviation is corrected by the self-aligning roller, if it is still ineffective, replace the conveyor belt with better flexibility.
3. If the tension on the conveyor belt is too small, increase the pretension.

(4) The conveyor belt deviates when it is loaded:

1. When the material is loaded, the material is biased to one side (single-side receiving), and the position of the unloading chute is adjusted so that the center of the conveyor belt receives the material.
2. Compared with the width of the conveyor belt, the diameter of the material is too large to break the material or change the width of the conveyor belt.

(5) The belt of the belt telescopic conveyor is easy to disconnect:

1. The tension of the belt is too large, adjust the tension device to reduce the tension.
2. The joint is not firm and the quality of the belt buckle is poor. Replace the belt buckle and reconnect it.

The abnormal sound of the reducer is caused by excessive wear of the bearings and gears, excessive clearance or loose casing screws. The treatment method is to replace the bearings, adjust the clearance or replace the reducer, and carry out overhaul.

1. The noise when the roller is seriously eccentric:

① The wall thickness of the seamless steel pipe used to manufacture the idler is uneven, and the centrifugal force generated is relatively large.

② During processing, the center of the bearing holes at both ends deviates greatly from the center of the outer circle, which makes the centrifugal force too large.
